If you see this message on your Android: Downloading… Do not turn off target then here is how to fix it and get out of download mode and back to normal mode or booting.

Thank you kind sir, I was freaking out. I dropped my S5 on the wet bathroom floor and the back cover and battery come off and it got water on it and this message came on.
