Glen Gray was a musician and Saxaphonist that was the leader of the Casa Loma Orchestra and did songs from the early 1930s to the early 1960s on Decca, Columbia, Brunswick, Capitol, V Disc, and a string of others. His first record would be on Brunswick in 1932. Followed by a cut on His Master's Voice in 1933, and a slew of Victor and Brunswick cuts from 1934. Around late 1934 he would cut records mainly on Decca and Brunswick. By 1936, Decca finally won over almost all of Glen;s cuts. He would continue cutting only on Decca until around 1956, when he started getting records on Capitol until 1963 when he quit the music scene.
He had many big hits like No Name Jive in 1940, Heaven Can Wait in 1939, Smoke Rings in 1937, Memories of you in 1938, Fare Thee Well Annabelle in 1935, and a few more.
