1st, as a proud beagle owner I'll unequivocally state that no beagle should judge another dog's howls. I was on a meeting with a coworker and she thought my boy was dying from the sounds he was making.

2nd, sometimes you gotta put your freak out there in order to find someone who matches that freak. He'll eventually find a dog who responds and they'll be besties.
