Basically when a company is looking for a fullstack developer.. it simply means... They are looking for Developer who is also a Network Admin and Database Admin.. because they can't afford to pay for a separate actual Database and Network Admin.

Being a developer is so critical at times so why does the headache of the Network and DB Admin has to be shouldered by the developer as well..

Whoever invented the "Full Stack" term is just making an excuse to slave drive developers.

"You can't study to be a full stack web developer"...no you can't STUDY for it but you can certainly build deploy and manage your own server and apps both front and back end, which certainly feels like full stack to me.
