Bunkai Secrets - Unlocking Shisochin

Bunkai is the secret key to unlocking self defense techniques in Karate Kata. The Japanese word Bunkai means to "break down" or 'analyse' and since the original purpose of kata was to store and pass on self defense techniques, Bunkai is the essence of Kata. The Bunkai in this video is a sample from the Kata Shisochin and was filmed on one of my many training trips to Japan.
