You can complete the series by adding a reverse proxy Apache or Nginx. with some configuration for caching static files and so. In this case we will have a complete setup that is suitable for production, after changing the APEX pool config, surely.

Great as always, can you show us how to utilize persistent storage? I mean create a db container or APEX with persistent volumes, move the image to another server, or just delete the container then create a new one to utilize the existing volumes, this will help us in moving images from local servers to the customer environment without loosing any configurations.

I have successfully built, run, connected to an existing oracle DB (different host), and reached the APEX login page. How to setup the admin credentials? The credentials that I used on the other existing apex deployment doesn't work on my Docker.

Hi Tim, excellent tutorial. Now, I am trying to install this docker build on windows 10 ent ed using git bash. I am getting error "C:\Program Error response from daemon: unable to find user tomcat: no matching entries in passwd file.
". Can you please help me in this. Or can you please post video on how to build this image on windows.. Thanks.
