m4 being d tier is crazy considering it's the two door version of the one you put in s tier. even if you simply like it less it shouldn't be lower than b tier with the reason you gave.

i really wish you would have ranked the m cars seperate for example the e30 m3 and e92 m3 are wildly different

For me, my S tier would be:

E46 M3 CSL
M2 CS
M8 Competition (2 door)
E92 M3 Competition
E30 M3 Sport Evolution (2.5)
E36 M3 GT

My favourite non M cars would be the E31 850csi and the E38 760i (non limo version).

M4 should be roped in with the M3 since that's what it is... an m3 coupe with the more modern nomenclature. you grouped both m2 gens together.... It's just a 2 door M3, with updated nomenclature, like the label the M5/M6 - 4door/2 door...

This list is no bueno. As an M owner myself, an the E60 has a great motor but aesthetically not S tier. I’d say it’s in between a B and A tier. But the S tier is not an E60 M. Full disclosure, I own an F87 Long Beach blue with a manual.

i wish there was more bmw z8's out there, i love that thing, a e39 m5 engine is in that car i believe. but in a lighter 2 door sports car. i think all of the x series suvs look great maybe the x4m looks a bit goofy, if i had to rank them i would say x3m s tier, x4m c tier, x5m a tier, and x6m b tier, thats just my opinion on them. i think there was a older 8 series the 850csi with the v12 engine, but that was back like in the 90's i think

I really like the M2 also how small it is. Tbh I would take the M2 if it wasn’t as expensive as it is… because for the price for a new M2 you can buy an M3 with more power for practically same price.

The 1M isn't a great car to drive, isn't great to look at, and just missed the 'special' mark.
The only reason fanboys like you rate it so highly is because it's rare. That doesn't make it good.
The OG M2 is a much better car in every way, it handles more predictably, it's faster, it's MUCH better looking, and it's got a better interior.
I may be biased as I own one, but everyone I ask says the same thing, that it is in the top tier of best looking coupes of all time, from any manufacturer.
