Sea Fishing Bacton (Norfolk)

Early April and finally some better weather has arrived. I am picking off a few venues that are on my to do list and today im at Bacton on the North Norfolk coast.

Nice video Dave, will certainly be giving Bacton a go, i was on Gorleston Pier on Sunday in the face of that wind you spoke about! Despite that pulled out some huge Whiting, they're coming out all along the coast there at present. Looking forward to your next one.

Thanks for that, tells me what I needed to know as I'm coming over that way this week and will be casting a few flies and soft lures under a Bombarda float in search of an early Bass or two. A bit early I know but the schoolies are always around in the Broads if nowhere else 😉

Thanks Dave. I’ve been going to Bacton for about the last 10 years, just over 5 wks before I get my week sea fishing. 🎣 can’t wait!!! Really wetted my appetite.

With Rays of Runton tackle shop closed which shop would you recommend for bait? I’ve used a digger in Overstrand before but unsure which would be the best option.
