Found you last week. Immediately started 20 hour fast. Now 7 days later i’m down 6.5lbs 😊. Drinking 25oz water fist thing in morning. Then Only black coffee and black tea. At grocery store read ingredients in some of the black tea; some had orange peel and other additions. I bought the Twinings Black Tea with NO added ingredients. Finally cleaned my home office yesterday! Thank you 🙏🏽

Wow…..THANK I have been doing IF for a while now, but I just recently found your channel. I want to thank you for acknowledging that one size may not fit all….do what works for you and your body, and if it works, then bingo! And it isn’t about what others do. So I am definitely going to try the 20 hours, but absolutely no guilt for meeting up with a friend today and reasonably, enjoying brunch with a friend. Thanks again for this content and at 72 years young, I love that I still have much to learn. ❤😊

Great advice! I am an avid tea drinker and only drink pure black, green or oolong during my fast unflavored to ensure clean fasting .

Very interesting approach DyAnn and I share same view: just because something works for Christine may not work for me. Age is a huge factor which we can't change but everything else we can chose as we please.

I have been gaining weight back again (13lbs) due to me not staying focus on what is expected to keep that mind set that was giving me results. I have let some changes in my life distract me from doing my 20 hour fasting consecutively. I WILL NOT GIVE UP! You have given me such good knowledge to feel better about myself and proud to be healther. RINSE and REPEAT stays in my mind daily. I had gotten to a point that the weight was not coming off anymore. I kiind of let that discourage me and my mind set was all messed up. I will not stop trying to improve my mindset. Thanks Dy ANN!

Started IF 5 days ago. Down 3lb. I turn 50 in September, and im experiencing changes in my body i dont like. I did keto 6 months ago and lost 30 lbs. I didn't like how my body reacted to the diet, so i stopped, gained all the weight back in 4 months. I hope this works for me mentally and physically. Thank you for your advice.

Thank you for your great advice! 2 questions -- 1. How does the 2-4 hr difference between 16-18 hr fasting windows and the 20 hr. make such a big difference? 2. How do you get in enough protein in only a 4 hr daily window without feeling like you're overeating or eating beyond your level of hunger? Thank you!

57 and following 20-4 Squeaky Clean Fasting!
It’s never the fast it’s always what you’re doing in the feast time!
I just had a lung cancer screening and a 2mm nodule that is classified as “maybe” not cancer. So I’m going to follow this squeaky clean fast until my next screening next April-if 13 hours of fasting can keep reoccurrence of Brest cancer, I’m expecting the 20 hours to get rid of any cancer cells that “might” be in that lung!

I started in May on keto and went from 379 to 360 by by the middle of July then got stuck there til I went more Ketovore in August and was able to release another 10lbs. by the beginning of Sept. my hubby and I have continued Ketovore and he lost another 20lbs but I’ve been stuck at 350. I started int fasting last week and have done the 20 hour the last 2 days and am now down to 343. I’m all in

I’m in April 2024 class and for whatever reason I can’t comment in the group but I did 20:4 fasting felt so much better and I’ve eased into OMAD now and losing body fat feeling energized calm and I intend to continue OMAD for the long term health benefits and simplicity ! I’m eating lean meats, vegetables, beans, few nuts, small amounts lactose free dairy, moderate fruit, and low carb, moderate fat, moderate protein but NOT KETO …. No processed foods all organic when I can find it .

Have to try this. Tired of the inflammation I feel once in awhile.
Can across your video last night. So far had stopped eating at 6pm and so far at 9am hitting 15 hrs. Fingers crossed that I hold out for another hour or two.
