So to paraphrase: Transformers — more than meets the eye

so, with the transformator's effenciency (i will symbolize it "n" here) formula which is
n = Ps/Pp x 100%
= VsIs/VpIp x 100% = NsIs/VsIs x 100% ( Since Ns/Np = Vs/Vp)
could we say that
Np/Ns = Vp/Vs = Is/Ip x 100%/n
?

The time phasing is critically important here - the magnetic field propagates across the core at (probably?) the speed of light so the field won't cancel as it is not the same everywhere. Once the voltage stops changing, the magnetic field IS the same everywhere which is likely why transformers don't work at DC. Software engineer here, not an EE or physicist!

Yeah it is not complete formula. But in math when you reduce all variables, you get this formula. Which is rougly right.

Yes it is very close in a good transformer within its design operating parameters.

I'm not sure about the use of lie...use an approximation because the students aren't cognitively ready for the deeper concept yet maybe? Newton's gravity is just an approximation of general relativity but it still has massive utility (no pun intended). I wouldn't call it a lie.

Still enjoyed the video and appreciate your hard work 👍

E=hf is also a lie in many cases. i know your first line is more clickbait, but i feel like our teachers didn't "lie" to us.
