The swords are only an extension of Zoro. Zoro also has Conquerors haki. Zoro also knows 0 sword style.

So this comes down to how you ask the question.

1)Can Zoro beat Sanji without "HIS" swords? Yes more that likely if he just had random swords he would still win 10 out of 10, but I would give high difficulty

2)Can Zoro beat Sanji without "swords"? In this one Zoro can still use weapons just not swords. This ones a bit closer but I still give it to Zoro 8 out of 10 depending on what he can get his hands on.

3)Can Zoro beat Sanji without "weapons"? I will give this one to Sanji but it's going to be only 7 out of 10 times.

4)Can Zoro beat Sanji with out his swords? I'm going with the Stan Lee quote here "The one that will win the fight is the one the aurther of the story WANTS to win."
