3-Alarm Fire Rips Through East Oakland Warehouse

A three-alarm fire raced through a warehouse filled with building construction supplies in East Oakland on Monday morning, sending a massive plume of smoke that was visible over much of the Bay Area. Anne Makovec reports. (4/1/19)

Sounds like the business owner was either kind enough to not evict the homeless guy on the side of his business, OR the business owner gave up on trying to evict the homeless. Either way, the owner will probably sue the city for not dealing with the homeless, which will then turn into the taxpayers paying for it.
