A pardon isn't worth spit if you're subpoenaed to a grand jury investigation and refuse to answer the questions by trying to take the 5th. Once pardoned, you lose your 5th amendment right about self-incrimination, there is no double jeopardy. Not answering after being pardoned would be contempt of court.

This segment is nonsense. Pardoning at this point could very easily be argued that it is witness tampering. The second matter is that manafort revealed that one of the reasons that he took a plea was for the safety of his family.
