You can get a small taste of what it would be like on the rest of the cast if you match with a Kirby. Kirby with arts is genuinely terrifying. Kirby already has decent ground speed, has multi jumps, and now thats all souped up. Shield helps a ton with Kirby's light weight, Smash lets Kirby catch some real bs, but the best one for Kirby is by far Buster. You thought kirby had good combos already? Now give it more damage, less KB, and more loop potential, and you have a reason to counterpick.

Arguably the best move in the entire game. Shulk would be nothing without it.

You could give monado arts to any character in the game and it’s still probably their best move. Almost any weakness a character has can be made up for by it. No good damage or combos, use buster. Can’t recover, use jump. Can’t kill, use smash. Too slow, use speed. Too light, use shield. The only move that can really competes is Steve’s block, which i feel like would be more specific to each character whether or not they can effectively use it.

Monado arts broken

Ok next up is Bowser Jr and his best move is Clown Kart Dash or side B. It’s basically a budget Spin Dash, another already busted broken move. Jr can approach with it, camp with it, and the spin out is basically a burst option smash attack around the same strength as a gold minecart. Another contender for bowser Jr’s best move is up air

As a Shulk main myself it really doesnt feel like a move when you use it; more of a mechanic. I guess the closest thing to it would be Lei from Tekken 5 animal stances. Its broken but when Sephiroth and Hero has better frame data than you you super need it. Shoutout to fair (which is worse than bowsers in almost every way but still really good) and Dtilt for other really good Shulk moves

If you really want a runner up it's fair. If you play a stubby character with a linear recovery a Shulk with an itchy fair finger is the single most annoying thing in the entire game and the move defines those matchups moreso than monado arts.
