This whole moiré effect story has become a joke. People who have this issue don’t know how to use the drone. They don’t know how to use ND filters correctly. Simple as that. Nice video.

Try charging your battery while it is in the drone

Regarding the Moire' effect, I would like to point out that here in Italy we have several users with this problem, even in a drastic way. On the DJI forum we are constantly reporting cases, with example photos, but DJI does not want to change the product and says that it is our mistake.
