I buy the dog poop bags or the baby diaper bags to clean my cats litter boxes! There is 80 or 100 little bags for a dollar, lasts a long time... I get my toothpaste (brand name) and floss there as well... I get cotton pads to remove make up and nail polish, and also nail polish remover... Cat toys and disposable scratch posts (my cats love them)... All kinds of craft items like tape, Elmer's glue, construction paper... On top of other things you guys talked about. I'll never pay 5 dollars or more on a greeting card, if you go soon enough, you can find really cool ones for any occasion...

Dollar tree has the best helium balloons. Got a couple a month ago and they are still on the ceiling. The one from Kroger yesterday is already down..

Everytime I find myself at the dollar store I take a look in the frozen section and the snackfood/canned drinks section. They get limited edition/discontinued food all the time and you can find some gems. I found Huberts Lemonade once 3for$1; I bought as many as I could carry, I think like 30. Also deserts and cereal.

It has been my experience that the adhesive on the store brand band aids is not as good as the name brand

The knock off magic erasers from the dollar tree work just as good as the name brand ones. I always buy my sponges there too. The casserole, lasagna and cake pans are a great deal as well considering they cost more everywhere else. Some even come with the lids which are great for pot lucks etc. I also highly recommend the Betty crocker red spatula they sell at the dollar tree. It's amazing quality and a great deal.
