Use this routine for next 1 months
7:00 am: wake up
7:00 to 9:00 : study session 1
9:00 to 10:00 : breakfast, shower etc
10:00 to 12:00: study session 2
12:00 to 2:00 : Long break
2:00 to 5:00 : study session 3
5:00 to 6:00: Evening break
6:00 to 8:00 : study session 4
8:00 9:00: dinner, break
9:00 to 11:00 : study session 5
11:00 to 12:00: screen time
12:00: sleep. 💤
Wake up after 7 hour of sleep.😴
Tips🤌🏼
1. Use pomodoro technique that is 30 minute study 5 minutes break
2. Start your day with interesting subjects
3. Pick up only 2 subjects for the day and plan your day properly and realistic
4. Give 5 hour for 1st subjects and 5 hours for
Second subject.
5. Study very smartly and note down all the difficult topics so that you can revise them consistently.
6. Use your break time as a meditation time, just do 5 minute meditation after every one hours of study •
7. Eat lite and hone made food, avoid packed food or junk's.
8. Drink lots of water and hyderate yourself.
9. if you don't feel like study, just go on terrace and connect with nature and question yourself.
10. And remember one thing.
