Zelenskyy reacts to Putin arrest warrant

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called the ICC's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Putin a 'historic' one 'from which historical responsibility will begin.'

The Ukrainian president also said it would have been "impossible to carry out such a criminal operation" without Vladimir Putin.

As I understand it neither Russia or Ukraine signed up for ICC legislation...anyone been hearing about Ukraine being a centre for human trafficking since the Special Operation started ? Perhaps the "free world" should be investigating that.
