Philippines to Protest China's 'Reckless' Move in Airspace

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has condemned recent actions by China's air force as "unjustified, illegal and reckless." Manila says two People’s Liberation Army aircraft dropped flares and made dangerous moves while a Philippine Air Force patrol was over Scarborough Shoal on August 8. Bloomberg's Andreo Calonzo reports.
