i own a bar..i once had a cocktail that came with a chocolate truffle and a nat sherman cigarette ...the ATF came into my bar and threatened me w fines if i continued to offer a cigarette with a cocktail..i could sell a pack of them but not allowed to seperate...ect..ect..i think you get the picture...i was amazed that they had the time to come into my bar every 6 months to be sure im in compliance. ....bullshit
