Behringer UB-Xa first Funky Test :)

So my first little funky test, Behringer has packed some sounds into the machine but only a few of them suit my funky taste. Here are some custom sounds mixed with the Faktory and FX sounds. I have to say I love him already!😎 All Sounds by UB-Xa and a Drum Loop

After hearing you, i am now convinced i will have to see how funky i can get with this myself. Well done 👍. These style of synths were made for funk, tons of hit songs from the 80s used Oberheim, Moog, Odyssey, Yamaha, Roland brands. All the great bands from that era had them, and i think behringer is offering a version of the past for less the cost. The rest is on the musician and how you mix to get the sound where you desire. This is my next synth.

1:00 that transpose! Love it! Really amazing music, Usually, I think too much about modulations and to change the root key to make something interesting, but this perfectly describes what you can make without that🥳🥳 Don’t ever stop making the funk series like this!

Sounds like a fine, old fashioned analogue synth, much like plenty of others. The others, of course, are available to buy in many music stores. This one is not. Gear4music, for example, tells us 'Estimated delivery: 1st - 5th August'. So will this long-ballyhooed retro synth ever make it to the shelves?
