AU Summit: President Kagame presents report on need for AU reforms

The 29th African Union Assembly in Addis Ababa opened with a significant development in the quest to reform the continental body. A report presented by President Paul Kagame or Rwanda has been endorsed. The report suggests ways of achieving desired institutional reforms to make the AU more effective and self-reliant. The first day of the summit focused on peace and security issues, as well as matters to do with investing in the African youth. CGTN's Girum Chala has more.

They could have elected Kagame to be AU chair. AU needs implimentation not just talk without excecution. I See somali prime minister mr kheyre( wag1 mr kheyre)
