AU Summit: President Kagame presents report on need for AU reforms

The 29th African Union Assembly in Addis Ababa opened with a significant development in the quest to reform the continental body. A report presented by President Paul Kagame or Rwanda has been endorsed. The report suggests ways of achieving desired institutional reforms to make the AU more effective and self-reliant. The first day of the summit focused on peace and security issues, as well as matters to do with investing in the African youth. CGTN's Girum Chala has more.

The next Au chairperson should be Paul Kigame. He's a visionary and capable leader.

AU didnt stand up for Ghaddafi and Libya they dont have credibility
