The reason she's in a coma Is when master fu lost the peacock miraculous it was damaged and if you used a damaged miraculous it damages the user as well

I do agree with that theory because in one of the episodes(I don't remember which one) Nathalie got a 'coughing attack' or something then Adrien tells Plagg that his mother used to get them too and c'mon let's face it we all know it's because of the Peacock miraculous

Yea they found them in the snow, near master fu’s childhood home. Because he dropped the miracle box, he lost the peacock and moth miraculous. He explains it in the episode Feast

This is how Emily agreste got in to a coma because when the more she use the peacock element she become more ill and she used it untill she got in to the coma and hawkmoth need the cat noir and the ladybug element to bring emily back!

I thought she was dead because in Felix episode Adrien told once that his mother left them forever so as per that there is another twist that Adrien even doesn't know that is mother is alive and in coma

Well I think it makes sense that Emilie is in coma because if she is dead and then comes alive everyone will know that grabiel is hawmoth and he will have a bad impression in the public so if she is in coma and wakes up it will make sense

I really thought she was stuck in a comma or something because why would he keep her body there to rot maybe she can't leave cuz that's the only thing keeping her alive. It's so amazing how most of us are teenagers and watching a Disney show!! Good times better than homework!
