I think you hit this - there is a commitment to the success of the project and each other.

Really appreciate this! Empathy is such a powerful trait. Empathy for fellow team members AND empathy for their customers. When the team feels the customer's pain and gets the mindset that "Darn it - We are going to solve this for them!!!"...beautiful things happen.

Not only do they deliver but they deliver what the stakeholder and user really need.

Yes taking ownership and not playing the blame game is also a good one.

But I think the last thing you said, the team that likes qorking with eachother and having that safety is key. They feel safe enough to try new things and to talk with eachother how to improve and learn. I believe that's the basis of getting an effective team.

Thanks for this support, really appreciate!

Can there be a video on what are Epics, Features, User stories, Tasks and SubTasks?

What qualifies to be a SubTask? Are they trackable (linked to KPIs and Forecasts)

Are Themes important?

Can there be a video on how the scrum team should break down work (vertical slices) or has that been a conversational topic already?

Well, to start an excellent understanding of the Scrum Framework. Not memorization of the Scrum Guide, but UNDERSTANDING of the framework. Then compassion, empathy, leadership (I know, a buzzword), honesty i humility. Good communication / coaching skills. This comes to my mind.
CRAP, I READ THE TITLE AN EFFECTIVE SCRUM MASTER AND NOT SCRUM TEAM
🤦
