I love Future Trunks. Because he grew up in hardship, he learned to always take protecting life seriously, unlike Goku and Vegeta who will just sit back and let their opponents power up. It took him minutes to dispose of Frieza and King Cold, no mercy. He tried to take out 17 and 18 as soon as they were awakened while all the other Z Fighters just stood there. He did all he could to keep Cell from becoming perfect (including attacking his own father) while every other character was being an inept dumbass. And when he returned to his time, he immediately destroyed 17, 18 and Cell, hard-fucking-core. Not to mention the fact that he's hot af and uses a sword. (: So much better than Kid Trunks

I like how Trunks is the only logical saiyan in all the series. He doesn’t try to let his opponent get stronger and prefers to deal with them before they become a bigger threat. He doesn’t even try toying with them.
