I do own this light and I love it great to carry in places where a gun or knife is prohibited it was on the news that a man was attacked by three assailants, and he fought them off with a flashlight that had a self-defense bezel and just fyi the bezel is removable thanks for sharing JB

That throws an odd beam because of that aggressive bezel. I've not had a Thrunite. I've been pretty happy with my Olights. I need to expand.

Is that little plastic “extra” possibly to serve as an insulator between the battery and the spring to open the circuit for storage without needing to remove the battery? That is all I can think of other than some little bit of plastic fell into your box during packing. 🤷🏻‍♂️
