Born and raised in Houston now living in Wichita, KS. Missing this Houston snow but got some myself where I'm at. Enjoy the snow kids. Same for the adults. Stay safe Houston.

I lived in Washington State for six years and in Germany for three years, both of which had well-established snow plans. Now that I'm back in Houston, Texas (where I grew up), I find it amusing to see the chaos caused by just three inches of snow.

I understand that Texas isn't typically prepared for snow, but it's concerning to see the lack of caution. People should stay home for a day or two, but many seem unwilling to do so. Most vehicles here are not equipped to handle snowy conditions, and the city infrastructure lacks the resources to effectively deal with snow, such as snow plows, salt, and established snow removal protocols. good luck out there snow virgins and don't get hurt.

If your boss is requiring you to come to work during a hazardous weather event, and your job is not considered essential (such as in healthcare or emergency services), you have the right to refuse to go to work. If you are fired for refusing to work under unsafe conditions, your employer could face legal consequences from the city or state. In such cases, you may have legal recourse and potentially be entitled to reinstatement to your position

"You're not in gear, dog."

That's why he shouldn't be driving in bad weather conditions because he doesn't know what he's doing.
