I like that epic games are putting fanmade LTMs created by people in the fortnite community as official LTMs in the game, it gives the people that created the LTM and the LTM itself some clout so this is a good thing.

I love that someone made this CoD: WW2 map and then Epic turned it into an LTM. Honestly my favorite creative map!

To you those who don't know this ltm was based on D Day. Simple explanation: D Day is an event that happened in 1944 ( I don't remember the exact date sorry) where allied forces ( mainly America, Britain, Canada and the free french force) attacked the beaches of normandy. There were 5 beaches at normandy utah, omaha, gold, juno, sword. Utah and omaha were attacked by the americans, gold and sword were attacked by england and juno was by canadian. Omaha was heavily defended and Utah was the least defended. A few days before D Day the allies dropped some paratroopers behind the beaches to capture some strategic key points such as bridges and supply points so that reinforcement won't reach the beaches easily. One of Hitler's miatake was that he doesn't allow many panzer division to help in the defence of normandy, he thinks that its better to save up those tanks for a future counter attack. Shortly after some time the allied manage to capture Normandy and liberate France and lastly defeated the german forces. Pretty high knowledge about ww2 for a 13 year old

Not many -people- kids realise that thats a recreation of France's area called Normandy where The Allience invaded France (due Nazis) in an operation called: Operation Overlord.
