When the Gloster Javelin was introduced, it was underperforming as its heavy air to air missiles realistically have a proximity fuse and a huge warhead but were modeled ingame as hit-to-kill, eliminating the only advantage it had. Gaijin said they didn't want to put the proxy fuse on it because it would be unfair. One update later, the Tunguska was added, with the games first proximity fused missiles.

They literally have spall turned off on their tanks... but sure, its a skill issue when my M1 Abrams cant seem to pen your T72 but the T72 one shots me from the front... meanwhile in real life the American M1 is roughly 300 to 0 against Russian T72s. If they made these games closer to real life theyd have to make everything US makes cost 4x more spawn points but M1s would munch on russian MBTs with ease.
