It's not a card for gaming. It's a card that you buy in order to be able to plug a monitor into your desktop PC that you use for writing documents and watching video, and it doesn't happen to have a built-in graphics core on the CPU. I would know, I used it with that exact purpose on Q8200, had two monitors plugged in, it did everything fine. It's not designed for gaming nor should it be used for gaming.

why did you set the resolution to 1080p when during that time 1080p was a hard resolution to get even with the high end cards back in the day.

Why 1080p? You'd get much better performance at a lower resolution. You should also try benchmarking using Ground Zeroes, it's really well optimised considering how good it looks on minimum. Put it this way I've played it on my tablet - Intel HD 4000, 4GB RAM, i5-3317U @ 1.7GHz, and it looked about as good as on PS3.
