The tire marks are from a roofing company trailer that had tar in it and leaked, it's hot in Texas, but no, not accurate. Born and raised in south Texas, never see tires melt except in a car fire.

8:37 The pizza oven guy isn't baking a pizza, if he were it would be much too hot in the oven to last the whole trip and it would burn. He's most likely catering an event, and needed to preheat the oven at a separate location. Big stone pizza ovens take hours and tons of wood/coal to warm up - The caterer probably does it at home where he has the time and fuel needed, then drives the oven to the event closer to serving time. The small fire in the oven you see while he's driving is probably to mitigate heat loss on the drive to the event.
