My solution is keep up with your food, and never leave the meadows, ever again, if you don't want to die.

People underestimate the power of dodging a lot in Valheim, learning the I-frames and timing of enemy attacks will take you very far. We have shields and weapons but nothing beats the ultra instinct feeling of perfect dodge into a backstab. Great Video Spazzy

My favorite weapon is a knife. There is no movement penalty so it is ready at any moment while running. A bow and knife will defeat almost any enemy. Frostner is another great weapon when you can get it. I'm 82 and a little slow at dodging. Thanks for the video.

My biggest mistake in this game is often getting into bad situations, I’m very reckless in games and sometimes it pays off well. Sometimes I get myself in a death spiral against a group of Seekers.

My biggest survival tip is dont panic.. recognise when you dont need to run and dont... Get that stamina up to fight or get put of there

Almost every death ive experienced in this game that wasnt lag induced was due to over confidence or complacency. Taking it slow, having an escape route at all times, making sure you are properly equipped and stocked on food, and knowing when to turn back will avoid 95% of deaths. The other 5% you just gotta git gud

I am familiar with each of these strategies. My biggest downfall is not paying attention to my food timers, and not having the right mead's on hand for a given biome. Carelessness will kill you faster than anything else.

In my experience, the most dangerous enemy in this game is overconfidence. I died so many times because of it. Sure, lets attack these 10 billion dverg mages with stars in a 1 square meter room head on, i have the best gear and food, what's the worst that can happen? That was my biggest death spiral over a 1k+hours in Valheim, let me tell you that.

I have 900 hours and am watching a video about how eating food gives you more hp which means you can take more hits...

"Don't enter a biome until you're properly equipped!"
Me, fighting Seekers in silver armor before I've even fought Bonemass, "Oh."

A touch of irony... I died while watching this video... Too little to late I'm afraid...

I'm still very new so I'm glad to know that prioritizing stamina foods is actually a decent move, I'm learning how to block and dodge in my singleplayer world so my bf will stop telling me how I'm supposed to play lol

If you corpserun from dethskito, you can trow down a fire place if one runs for you and bait them on it so they BURN (large one is more effective).

If there is to much high lvl enemys to handle --) RUN FOREST RUN... but in zig zag so you dont get hit by a arrow or fireball.

Also higher lvl armor also migrates damage from falling trees and poision.
1.st thing you should unlock is deer pick and dig a trench araund your base (start small for start). You can later expand once you get better tools. Instead of wooden walls, you can make mudwalls next to trench later (you can add wood walls and stone on top of them for decor later)

Always carry portal mats when you explore. If you find yourself in nasty situation, place down a portal and run (also.. be sure you have un-named portal in main base for this) It also helps you from moving gathered materials directly into main base and saves boat travel time (wich could end up in seperent attack).

Trolls + fire arrows = laugh

Spazzy: "I'm talking to you, Viking going into the mountains with troll armor!"
Me: *Just finished fighting Moder with a chestplate and no pants. Trying to recover that full troll armor set.*: that tracks.

I once was playing with my friend, farming deathsquito arrows for bonemass. It wasn't that bad, we always left the plains till night. But we found mistlands, and it was tempting. I saw a rabbit and yell out "RABBIT", then nothing stops my friend to run in mistlands for rabbits. Eventually, we found dwarf camp, and he says: "Dude, go outside." But I didn't come in time, and army of enraged dwarves already craved our deaths. That was such a deathloop, i think by the end of it we both lost our sanity. I easily retrieved my items by distracting dwarves with bugs (items were close to camp exit), but my friend died in the end of it. So we tried many tactics, from distracting dwarves with bugs, to leading Loxes to their camp. The best one was him drawing dwarwes one-by-one and me shooting them down, though. After my 13 deaths, and his 53 deaths, we actually cleared out their camp but resources from that blue glowing box (or how you call it) disappeared(

A standing torch hidden with a wood beam should be the most resource efficient spawn protector IIRC
