Please record these with a lower volume of music so I can actually hear what the chef is saying. The music is a garnish, not the main course.

I also agree about the loud music.. It's hard to hear the chef
However, I appreciate the service from the cruise line. One of the reasons we are Holland members is the food. So thanx for sharing your wonderful recipes.

Agree that the music is too loud, but otherwise loved the video, never thought about adding mint to pasta sauce. Will try this soon. Please make more cooking videos!

This looks great! I agree, however, the music is WAY TOO LOUD! I really appreciate Holland America sharing with us during these difficult times! I have fine memories of being on one of (to be) Holland America's liners called Le Camboge. I was only 8 years old, but rode from Japan to Hong Kong. Our waiters were Tony and Bernardo! We basically had the run of the entire ship since we were one of perhaps 3 families on the cruise!

Great recipe but lousy music- far too loud! thanks to Orlando for getting us off the Westerdam and home via Cambodia! hope all will go well with you and the present troubles.
