Hello dr. Alla, i have a thesis and i need to find the logic in decide modul, my question is how to choose the minimum value variable in decide modul?? So the entity that enter the decide module, will choose the minimum value of variable.

In my sistem, there are 5 DC (Distribution Center) to decide. But i wanna the entity have a priority to choose the DC with the minimum value
