Excelsus was one of the coolest boss fights in revengeance. The sheer size of the damn thing sends shivers down my spine. The best part about the fight is using it's own giant sword to slice it into ribbons, showing that not even something of such gigantic proportions can take you down. Truly a magnificent fight.
