Kevin Rose's NFTs Were Stolen in A Phishing Scam

Kevin Rose was recently tricked into signing a malicious transaction that transferred 40 high value NFTs from his vault to the hacker in a fraudulent OpenSea transaction.

We need better UI/UX in Web3 with more built in security if we expect the average person to be able to play the game.
Many teams are developing these extensions that preview the transaction before you actually sign anything to avoid instances like this.
