Only the low and mid quality replicas are being detected, the probability of perfect replicas not already being in Circulation seems impossible to me.
Thinking only Rolex can make a Rolex is wishful thinking.

If Rolex recorded there tooling bits scoring in between production runs, then they should be able to weed the perfect replicas out during the pre-owned certification.
