probably should not use a 2012 GTR, which had 530 stock. Not the 550 thats claimed in the video. Maybe Use the 2016 or 2017 GTR that has been improved every year since inception. I think the NSX will be amazing. I have a 2012 GTR and would love to own the new NSX. Damn money

The NSX is faster. Not wayy faster but still faster.
On a track though... that's where it shines.

And when it comes to ease of use, everyday use, noise, fuel consumption, emissions, reliability etc, the NSX absolutely destroys the GT-R. And still, there is an R version on the the way definitely. ( Honda NSX-R )

Aside from the facts that are wrong in this description, if anyone wants a giggle - pause the video at points throughout the play back... the start of the video gives the NSX a 5mph jump on the GTR, and as you get deeper into the video the GTR closes the gap on average and they bunnyhop past each other for the last increments. The points that the guy who posted the video have marked out are a couple of the points the NSX has the biggest lead at any real speed and the GTR gets ahead by similar amounts at other points - despite the initial 5mph head start the NSX got.

There are new GT-R models ever year ! It's non-sense to compare 17 NSX with 12 GT-R.

2017 GTR has 565 horsepower. It should be about a 2.65 0-60 car and a 10.68 second 1/4 mile car.

K im a die hard Nissan fan but even using launch control on a R35 I dont think it'd take those electric motors. Period, The torque delivery is crazy on electric engines, Other than that the cars seem like they are rivalled in most aspects, I am stoked to see what Nissan is going to push back with and what kindof battle is going to go afterwards, Maybe we'll get another 90's style showdown of epicness lol

isn't the digital speedo on the GT-R off by a few hundredths? The analog speedo already hit 60 when it was 59 on the digital. A 2015 GT-R will do 0-100 at 3 seconds no problem.

2012 Gtr has only 530hp, 2013-2014 545hp, 2015-16 550hp, 2017 565hp, btw, please shifting right at 7k rpm for the Gtr not 6500rpm (2nd gear)

NSX all day for me. NSX looks MUCH better, has instant torque, much more unique than GTR. Also has Ferrari level craftsmanship. GTR is overhyped and over owned lol.

I have a feeling the speedo in the NSX is artificially enhanced just a tick... I'll wait for real world numbers and not speedo numbers. at any rate. the two motors in front surly helped. Wonder how it accelerates upwards of 120 when the electric motors aren't helping much.
