The Ides of March, probably one of the most well known events among Roman History. A pivotal moment in Rome's leadership and role of the Senate.

Although 'Et Tu, Brute' is quoted in this video, there is no historical evidence that it was said. It was used as a point of narrative by Shakespeare in his play about this event. Even though its historical validity is in question, it no doubt came across Julius Caesar's mind in his final moments about the betrayal of those whom he believed supported him or were trustworthy.
