This is my mall. Gwinnett Place was where we had our birthdays and spent Saturday nights. It wasn't as glamorous as the show made it, but it was alive and I miss those years.

Oh, the intense nostalgia of my teen years and early adulthood. I can almost feel my friends and I walking through the mall, wishing we could afford everything our litte hearts desire. I swear, I can almost smell the Paul Mitchell hairspray.

Such a magical and enchanting decade…It was ME decade, the clothes, hair, decor, before smart phones, before Amazon it online shopping..before the internet was big, the music was amazing and so relatable, to everyone. These malls, we’re a great place to socialize, and interact with others, in person..gas was cheap, food was cheap, jobs were plentiful, cost of living was low..the world was wide open, so many possibilities, you could do anything, be whoever you wanted to be, In charge of your own destiny, in ways, that just aren’t available anymore….I am very proud, and thankful, to have been in my prime, during this time!! I think the LAST great decade, before the 80’s, was the 50’s, (way before my time, 😂)…I don’t know if I’ll live to see another great decade, but that would, be awesome😎💯
