I'm surprised that given your healthy diet and lifestyle you require so much makeup. Granted you look fabulous with it but without your skin looks dull and blotchy. I'm perplexed why it's not more radiant since skin is our largest organ and a reflection of inner health. I'm sure that someone will take offense at my observation but I'm honestly just trying to understand the benefit of such a diet. I see the great effect in terms of weight-loss be that could be mostly a result of exercise. Please don't hate me for being curious.
