Literally watched an orisa tank 3 shots from mccree’s ult today

Orisa should really be a 5 for tankiness imo

If you want to boost Orisa’s damage, I think the most balanced way would be to give her weapon heat. The hotter your weapon gets, the more damage it does. Overheat it and you can’t shoot for a bit, but you can burst fire while tickling the overheat. And yes I’m aware she already does more damage the closer her bullet is

Orisa's ult is good in some places:
you only need 160% to kill a 200 hp hero
It can push people towards you and by that away from objectives, like in the point capture map with a gaint hole in the middle of the point
It can make enemies scatter and seperate healers from damage.

It's always fun to Suzu right when the Orisa is going to pop the ult and just Negate all 2 HP your team would have lost.

Super rewarding to see them switch right away after that.

Fun thing you can do with Orisas ult is have a teammate go Symmettra, start your ult, then have her set a teleporter under you leading to the enemy back line. Once you hit 400% teleport into the back line for a quick and easy kill

The best thing about fortify is not the damage reduction the effective double healing you receive because of the damage reduction

I think her ult becomes really good in some situations, but also very bad in many others. Lots of other ults are either pretty decent in all situations or good all around, so she falls far behind.

It needs an increase in the ramp up because otherwise it’s just very lackluster; best results of the ult only get it to like 100-200 damage

I wish everyone gave every hero a chance - because it’s not what you HAVE (ability kit) but how you use it!

Yes - some heroes may be a little too strong or a little weak (balance issue) but ultimately every hero can have amazing impact on any game when they are used with their strengths. Positioning, game-sense and mechanical skills are 95% of what makes a hero usable.

Funny thing with here ultimate is that the charge meter on it seems completely arbitrary, I’ve seen a team get wiped with under 100% charge and a tracer survive a 300% charge.

Can’t agree, basically unkillable when they chain the fortify, spear throw, and pushing you into a corner with the spin

Nah man Orisa is fine. She's damn near unkillable with competent healers.

Her ult is great for overtime tho, especially on payload maps where the enemy has to choose to get off the cart or get hit by the ult

Orisas ult is for zoning. Try and make them chose either death from the ult or death from your team. I try and get behind them so the rein has to avert his focus and get shot in the back or separate the team in half
