2:25 As a sylas player. I didn't know this initially. I never looked up guides or anything. I loved the champ since release. So I watch others play. Its hard to watch new Sylas players. And hearing you say this, now I know why. This was a part of the champ that I intuited without learning in words. So to speak...
You can't just use Sylas abilities without choosing to auto attack, when focusing champs. Or the wave. If you land an E on a champ. Best to follow up with a good Q and wait for a good W... that way your passive is followed behind on the next few attacks - giving you the best burst dmg. Otherwise If you use a Q - hold back. Use a W get some Hp - but hold back time out one passive stack. THEN YOU lose the trade... and continue to be passive - you just lose as Sylas. Especially in team fights

I was wondering, since i am in gold, and i play lots of top lane, which champ should i start playing and start focusing on understanding the champion? right now i am just playing nasus but most of the time, i can't really wait for 20 mintues cause my games are either my team goes 0/20 at 20 minutes or 20/0 at 20 minutes. which champ should i pick to help win better early games ?
