if anyone is wondering, i've been doing these exercises for around a week(?)
before starting this i had saggy cheeks and when i smiled my upper cheeks were connected with the lower cheeks, but now the upper cheeks are really starting to be seen, i'm not kidding this really works!!

I lost weight, and my face dropped, so I started doing Masumi’s face yoga exercises because I was developing jowls and lines at the corners of my mouth, plus a turkey neck. My jowls are gone, my turkey neck is much better, and this face massage for Apple cheeks has helped lift my face. The lines at the corner of my mouth have gone on one side and are fading fast on the other. Fantastic results!
