I baked my first NY pizza in this oven using the preset heat. It was great. This oven is so easy and quick to use. It's well made, and priced very well considering the the high quality and flexibility. My Viking range and cooking on a baking steel takes over an hour to heat! That;s a huge waste of energy and time. I have two Ooni ovens, which are great, but in summer during our fire season, it's too unhealthy to be outdoors to use them and in winter it's too darned cold, so I wasn't making pizza as often I would have liked. This Chefman has changed that. I can't wait to try the other types of pizzas using the presets and manual settings. I also love that you can manually choose you own settings. The peel that comes with the oven is of excellent quality and launching the pizza was so easy. I still have to figure out how to access the on line cook book. Help! I took a photo of the QR code, but the manual doesn't tell you how to use it to get the cookbook! I registered the product but maybe I missed a link on that page; but revisiting the page, it just asks me to register, which I already did.

i have one, its GREAT. 400 USD, while the next competitor (ooni volt) is 1k USD. Simple, easy to use, well insulated. I love the product, bought it day 1 when it came to costco in livermore CA. indoor, outdoor, portable (no gas no wood no smoke means no carbon monoxide threat), and dumb easy to use. If you find the price to be steep consider that the competitor (ooni volt) is 1k usd, and this is brand new trend for an electric pizza oven to reach 800+F for neapolitans, and at least I am happy to support the innovation. It's seriously a phenomenal product, the thing is built like a tank.

Great video! I have this oven, as well as the Ooni Koda 16, and Ooni Karu 16. I love this oven! I haven't made a pan pizza but I will soon. If you want a great crust, use a Lloyds pan. I have a few of their pans and they're fantastic. a 12X16 and a 12x12 that I'll try in this oven for Grandma and two deeper ones `2x12 and 14X14 NY Sicilian, etc.. The you tube channel Sip and Feast has an excellent dough recipe that he uses for NY and his pan pizza. It's a 65% hydration, bread flour, 3% oil, etc. His video sare very thorough, and there's are links for al his recipes that you can print out. I adjusted the TF to 0.12 for my Grandma, but I believe he used ).0.0127 for his and more I believe, for his N.Y Sicilian. I will probably using Chefman oven most of the time since we are dealing with cold temperatures now (It was 21F this morning and periods of excessive heat and smoke in summer. Life is good and this oven is great!

I really wish a company would come out with an XL version (16" instead of 12") of an electric pizza oven like this. The market is becoming flooded with 12" electric pizza ovens but not everyone makes them that small. I'm always in the 14" range 👍
