The bounce on Friday was easy to anticipate since we were coming into a three day holiday weekend and a large number of pros are taking Friday off to make it a four day respite. It surely doesn’t change the fact that they sold Thursday before “leaving the office”.

NVDAs solid earnings completely retraced the FOMC minutes sell off on RTH Wednesday and then /ES makes a new premarket ATH while the equal weighted RSP didnt even make an equal high. Now need to see whether markets try to retest the premarket ATH or just continue the sell off. I am inclined toward the later as structure seems to have shifted near term. Guess we need to just wait and watch now.

Someone did a study. The outside engulfing bearish candle has 80% accuracy that we will have lower prices for a while going forward.
