Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern addressed the opening ceremony of the European Parliament as part of International Women’s Day #IWD2021. The theme of the event was “Women’s Empowerment and leadership in Covid times” and her speech touched on the many shared interests and values between New Zealand and the European Union.
