How To Enable The Sidebar in Microsoft Edge Web Browser [Guide]

Edge browser has a Sidebar to access the productivity tools and apps from it. You can access the Sidebar of the Edge browser in your automated test scripts for Browserstack Automate. To enhance the coordination between Microsoft Edge and other functional software, Microsoft Edge has issued a new feature Office Sidebar that provides more quick and easy channels to access your targets.
You can also remove apps or show apps on right sidebar menu and customize your favorite apps to display on the right side Microsoft edge browser.

1. Open your Microsoft Edge browser on your computer.
2. On the top right corner of the window, click on the Gear icon.
3. The choose Custom from the drop-down menu.
4. Enable the toggle for Office Sidebar. Besides, if you want to turn it off, you can repeat the process and disable the toggle. Then the sidebar will appear on the side of your window. You can hide the Office sidebar.
