Honest question, are any of these technologies actually being employed in a major scale, capable of having considerable environmental impact? I've been seeing "revolutionary" bio-friendly technology for literally more than a decade, and most of them seem to go viral and disappear a couple of years later.

No one gonna talk about how Singapore invented a whole island to throw their trash and the island doesn’t even smell but is like an island resort

(1) lack support from Govt, Orgs, Companies.
(2) Govt, Orgs, Companies support it but sells it at higher price making it less accessible...
