Charles is not only her boss in her job, but also her father's subordinate. The amount of power imbalance is just insane. I like Markiplier better but I like his gf way too much for him to be a viable love interest. The comic writer wrote themself into a corner here.

The art of Let's Play is so weird and nobody ever brings it up. It's like everyone has okay heads/faces, and then they have torsos, and then Mongie just kind of threw the shoulders and arms on there randomly in a way that doesn't really connect to the torso in a natural manner.

I dropped this webtoon I guess before the softcore corn came through but I thought that Sam would eventually end up with Marshall as I felt they had the best chemistry (especially after Link kindly let her down). To know that she ended up with- imma be sick. It's honestly creepy to me and Charles always had a control complex the entire time. I'm shook that the story went in that direction and it seems like it stopped caring about the whole premise which was dev work and video games.

it sucks bcoz i was initially drawn in by the video game dev premise, but i ended up not really invested in it bcoz it just turned into another typical love triangle story that was literally everywhere on that platform. what made it worse was the countless times the author would draw these guy love interests shirtless which made me uncomfortable. i remember when i was still reading it in school one of my classmates saw a panel of the long blonde hair dude completely shirtless walking his dog or smtg and teasingly asked what i was reading. i never felt so ashamed in my life.

Spoilers? Yeah I stopped reading around the time Sam had a dream where Charles, Mark and Link were one person and she was getting... a but excited. I took a break, then my friends told me she hooks up with Charles and I couldn't get back into it. I know Link and Angela kinda have a thing going on, but I wanted Link with Sam so badly.

The worst thing about peoples love for Charles in the webtoon comments is that the guy is such a control freak there's metaphorical chains that appear and start wrapping around Sam like snakes. And then the comments reacting to it is people trying their hardest to rationalise that its *not* him being a creep or, comments like"This is fine cause I'm sure they'll work things out in the end ❤". Like: the dudes trying to change and take advantage of Sam just because he caught his wife cheating on him, the dude needs therapy and to leave Sam alone.
